Children Faith Formation

Pre-K to 6th Grade

At St William's Catholic Children’s Faith Formation, we know that you are the most important teacher of your child's faith. We want to work with you as your child learns about the Catholic Faith and figures out how to live that faith in their daily lives, at their age, and with their special God-given gifts and talents. Our goal is to create a fun and interactive environment for your child and other students on the same faith journey, with whole family faith formation sessions that help families grow in faith together. St William aims to renew and energize a love for Christ that grows as your child continues to embrace faith throughout their life! Eucharist

The Eucharist (First Communion) is a beautiful celebration of our community's life and is the central act of worship for Catholics. In the Eucharist, we come together as a Church to hear the Word of God and to share in the nourishment of Christ’s Body. It is a celebration by the entire community at all Mass times.

 

As the source and summit of our faith, the Eucharist calls us into full communion with Christ, empowering us to go out into the world and share His love with everyone we meet. St William's Faith Formation prepares children to understand the true presence of Christ in the Eucharist and in their lives, helping them to recognize and facilitate everyday encounters with Him. Our Children’s Faith Formation offers a comprehensive two-year program to prepare children for their first reconciliation and first communion in the third grade.
